USDA-Inspected Livestock Processing Facilities in Tennessee

Livestock producers of cattle, hogs, sheep and goats selling meat must have animals harvested and meat packaged and labeled at a USDA-inspected livestock processing facility, in addition to following other regulatory requirements. The map and list below includes facilities in Tennessee who are likely open to processing livestock for producers. This list of facilities can change often as operations receive or lose/give up their USDA Grant of Inspection.
